The Beach Drive Bungalow began as a sea captain’s small home to live in while the main home was being built in West Seattle. This Puget Sound waterfront home has evolved over the years and is now available for you to stay in for vacation or business. Click here for availability.
We are writing this blog to tell the story of this home and to share information about the home for people who want to vacation or stay for business in the bungalow.
The photo below is a view from our sailboat looking back at the home. The sailboat is anchored in front of our homes weather permitting (typically late spring and summer).
Six people can comfortable stay in this home. The Bungalow has plenty of places to hang out, including the upstairs deck and covered patio below.
The main floor opens up to the view with the dining and living room.
The kitchen is well equipped and has all new appliances.
There is a full bathroom upstairs with a tub and shower.
The main bedroom has a queen sized bed with Egyptian cotton bedding and down alternative duvets and pillows. The upstairs bedroom enjoys a nice view from the sliding doors that open to the deck.
Down stairs, the rec room has plenty of seating, including a futon that folds out to a comfortable full sized mattress.
The futon expands to a full sized mattress and has Egyptian cotton sheets, down alternative duvet and pillows.
There are books, board games and Foosball downstairs in the rec room.
Downstairs there is another bedroom with a queen sized bed made with Egyptian cotton sheets, down alternative duvet and pillows.
Downstairs also has a bathroom with a shower as well as a laundry room with full sized washer and dryer.
Grill your meals on the propane gas BBQ.
Plenty of seating on the covered deck.
Beautiful! How much weekly?
